DATASCOPE WMS Release Update 25.2: Accelerating Integration, Efficiency & Visibility Across Your Warehouse

Accelerating Integration, Efficiency & Visibility Across Your Warehouse

We’re thrilled to introduce Release 25.2—a powerful new update to DATASCOPE WMS that delivers enhanced integration tools, improved warehouse traceability, and greater operator efficiency. Whether you’re managing large volumes of outbound shipping, integrating with third-party platforms, or striving for higher accuracy on the floor, this release has been designed with your warehouse in mind.

Each enhancement is a direct result of listening to customer feedback and adapting to real-world warehouse challenges. From smarter pick slip automation to improved multi-line returns and added visibility on stock movements, 25.2 helps teams save time, reduce manual steps, and improve overall control.

Highlights of our latest software release 25.2:

New Business Objects to Power Integrations

  • Shipping / Waybill / Full Load Update (SHIP011) [Ticket # 9349]: Automatically sync complete Waybill data sets from third-party systems—no more manual updates.
  • Shipping / Waybill / Create Waybill (SHIP001) [Ticket #9480]: Enhancements have been made to improve validation and flexibility when assigning Picking Slips (PSs) or Sales Orders (SOs) to Waybills. Parameters have been added to support the assignment of Stop Numbers and Seal Numbers per Picking Slip or Sales Order.
  • Warehouse Setup / Pickface / Maintain (WSETUP007) [Ticket #9586]: A new Business Object, Maintain Pickfaces, has been introduced to replicate the functionality of the Maintain Pickfaces screen available in the PC client under Warehouse Setup > Pickface Maintenance.
  • Print & Assign Pick Slip via Pick Slip Print Business Objects [Ticket # 9838]: The Pick Slip Print Business Objects have been enhanced to assign the pick slip optionally during the same operation. This dual functionality reduces the number of separate integration calls required and enables streamlined automation for order picking processes. This change benefits clients implementing automated picking workflows by improving efficiency, especially in environments where printing and assigning must occur in a single action. The following BOs were updated:
    • BusinessObjects.OrderRelease.PickingSlipRelease.PrintPickingSlip()
    • BusinessObjects.Replenishment.DirectReplenishment.PrintPickingSlip()
    • BusinessObjects.WorkInProgress.PickSlipRelease.PrintPickingSlip()
  • Picking / OrderRelease / Pick to Track ID (PICK018) [Ticket #10113]: Allow third-party picking systems to assign custom Track IDs while maintaining full WMS traceability.
  • Shipping / Dispatch / Convert to Shipping Track ID (SHIP012) [Ticket # 9483]: Pre-convert Picking Track IDs into Shipping Track IDs—improving pallet tracking and outbound planning.

Smarter TrackID History

Clearer Stock Take Visibility

The StockTake ID now appears on the PC Client screen, helping users keep track of active sessions and minimize errors.

Enhanced Sales Order Release Screens

View Waybill and Load Numbers directly from the Sales Order and Wave Release screens, enabling better dispatch coordination. The Sales Order Release and Sales Order Wave Release screens have been enhanced to display Waybill and Load Number information. These fields improve visibility of dispatch data, enabling warehouse and dispatch teams to make more informed release decisions and better coordinate shipping activities from a single interface.

Improved GIT Audit Trail

Capture and display Trailer and Seal Numbers during GIT OUT/IN processes—ensuring full traceability during in-transit transfers.

NEW Multi-Line Job Return Screen
