DATASCOPE prides itself in delivering turn key WMS implementation projects.This means that DATASCOPE together with its partners (DSP’s) mange the entire project from start to finish and whence take the risk of ensuring an on time go-live within budget project is delivered.Normal WMS projects take between 10 to 12 weeks to complete.

This can only be achieved through project management methodologies which have been build up over many years and include learnings from multiple implementations.Every DATASCOPE Project Manager is audited in the PM file after every implementation and this score is used in his/her performance rating.

DATASCOPE WMS projects are also fixed price projects which is quite unheard of with IT projects.This can only be achieved based on this strict implementation methodology.The customers also enjoy this as the weekly project meeting highlights where the team is and where the project is falling behind.
