Sabian is a manufacturer of premium drum cymbals. The factory is a work of art with many long serving staff involved in the careful manufacture of these products. DATASCOPE WMS was implemented into the operations in 2017 to manage most aspects of inventory control but with special focus on the finished goods order processing (picking, packing and shipping). Sabian makes use of advanced kitting options in SYSPRO as they sell many preconfigured kits which are assembled during the packing process. We added some solid kitting functionality into our MSN Grocery packing software to manage the packing of kits.
