LUCKY DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The FASTTRACK WMS Lucky Draw begins on 17 September 2023 and ends on the evening of 18 September 2023 (the 'Promotion Period').
The sponsor of this FASTTRACK WMS Lucky Draw is DATASCOPE North America Inc. By participating in the FASTTRACK WMS Lucky Draw, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. The sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission, or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the FASTTRACK WMS Lucky Draw. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments, or problems related to the FASTTRACK WMS Lucky Draw. Sponsor may be reached by email at admin@datascopewms.com during the Promotion Period.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to all attendees of the SYSPRO VAR Conference. Sponsor, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees (the 'Promotion Entities') are ineligible to enter the FASTTRACK WMS Lucky Draw or win a prize. Household and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win. 'Household Members' shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. 'Immediate Family Members' shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. This FASTTRACK WMS Lucky Draw is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
HOW TO ENTER: Scan the available QR code provided and register by entering your name and email address on the online form. You will register to our mailing list and receive DATASCOPE newsletters by entering your email address. All entries placed from 17 September 2023 up to the competition's launch will automatically count as a single entry. An additional entry is allowed when following one of our social media platforms.
WINNER SELECTION: The Winner(s) of the FASTTRACK WMS Lucky Draw will be selected randomly from the online entry form during the gala dinner held on the 18th of September 2023. Only one winner will receive the prize. When announcing the winner and he/she is not attending the gala dinner, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be drawn.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: One winner will receive the following prize as determined by the drawing. Grand Prize: EcoFlow DELTA Portable Power Station. The Grand Prize will be handed over to the winner during the gala dinner on the 18th of September 2023. The prize is neither negotiable nor transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. A random draw will occur on 18 September 2023 during the gala dinner, and the winners must attend the gala dinner to claim the Grand Prize.
PRIVACY: Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to the Sponsor's privacy policy. By entering the FASTTRACK WMS Lucky Draw, you grant the Sponsor permission to use your email address and any other personally identifiable information.
LIMITATION of LIABILITY: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the FASTTRACK WMS Lucky Draw and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
DISPUTES: This FASTTRACK WMS Lucky Draw IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF South Africa WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this FASTTRACK WMS Lucky Draw, the participant agrees that any disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this FASTTRACK WMS Lucky Draw, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall the participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees. Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
