Patleys Johannesburg (Crown Mines) stock take and go-live took place at the beginning of October 2013. Patleys achieved their daily sales targets from day one which was great as they were moving into their peak period. During the second day of go-live, >38500 cases were picked and checked out into the dispatch cages.
With the huge volumes of stock continually moving in the warehouse, the benefits to Patleys are:
